If you haven’t received your kit yet, it should be on its way soon. If you haven’t ordered yours yet…get on that! They might not last long.

What’s your favorite paper pattern? I’m loving the Crate Paper! What’s your favorite embellishment? I can’t decide…the Notions vintage pattern flowers or the Glitz Design pom poms. Love the color combo!

And I don’t know what I’m going to use my wired purple glitter on yet…but it’s going to be good. The bag of vintage extras is always my FAVORITE!

Watch for February projects…coming soon!

Amy Heller gave you plenty of opportunities to scraplift fantastic 12×12 layouts this month and she’s not finished yet! She must have really liked working with the Sweet Bravery Kit. :)

The What It’s All For 12×12 Layout by Amy Heller! This layout is full of fun ideas so check out the closeups!

LOVE Amy’s use of the vintage game piece from the miscellaneous vintage pieces bag (as well as the awesome gold button). You’ll also notice the Glitz Design Glitzers and Amy’s own cut outs adding to this cluster.

This is a closeup of the Basic Grey POPS! They add a lot to the page with very little effort. :)

Here you can see the great combination of colors and patterns in the layering for this page!

Here you should make sure to check out the title created with the Glitz Design Pink Teeny Alphas, the cream lace/pearl trim, and the combo of straight and zig zag stitching!

How many of you are off to CHA? Lots of new products coming out…I, for one, can’t wait to get my hands on some of them!

Here’s another fabulous layout from Ginger using the Sweet Bravery kit from LBD for January!

The photos are the main focal point of Ginger’s Courage 12×12 layout. And that’s as it should be. Sometimes we try so hard to do something creative and original and gorgeous AROUND the photos on our layouts that they get lost. I love that Ginger is very careful to keep the photos and the journaling the major emphasis of her pages while somehow making each and every one gorgeous enough to warrant a second look and then a need for a closeup study!

Here you can see a closeup of both the journaling Ginger added under her photo (handwritten) and the cluster of embellishments in the bottom left corner of the page. It includes: Basic Grey POPS, Melody Ross Homespun Chic Inspiration cards from GCD Studios, and Glitz Design Teeny Pink Alphas (all from the Sweet Bravery kit, of course). :)

Enjoy your scrapping!

We have so many fun ideas for 12×12 layouts coming in from the designers working with the Sweet Bravery Kit! Here’s the first one we’ve got to share from Francine:

Start 12×12 Layout by Francine Clouden:

This is Francine’s Start 12×12 layout. The white space is one of the most drawing elements of the page for me. I also immediately notice her use of the vintage opportunity knocks page (perfect for a page on getting a fresh “start”. You’ll also notice the fabulous butterfly border, the butterfly Basic Grey POPS sticker, the pink/white houndstooth tissue paper and the teeny pink Glitz Design alphas.

Here’s a closeup of the butterfly border. You can’t tell how amazing you are until you look at them from this angle. I’m so glad she sent this particular shot in because I LOVE the vintage book page “under” the popped up colored butterflies. What a great look!

Here you can see a closeup of that splash of color that the pink/white houndstooth tissue paper adds to the page. She’s pleated it and placed it under the vintage Opportunity Knocks card/basic Grey POPS butterfly. I think it does a good job of drawing the eye to the title “Start” right beside it to the right.

Here you can see how Francine used yellow ink to stamp using the Glitz Design dress form clear stamp from January’s Sweet Bravery Kit right to the left of the photo. I like how she journaled over the bottom edge of the stamp! And I love how she added the little pink flower on the dress form. Such a great little embellishment!

Thanks Francine…another great project!

And scrappers…that won’t be all…watch for more Sweet Bravery projects…coming soon!
